Prepaid Packages
We have developed several low cost plans that can assist in receiving care at an affordable price. Prepaid packages are not applicable if the care is covered by insurance. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase.
Package Options
- 5 Chiropractic Treatments*: Savings of $80.00
- 10 Chiropractic Treatments*: Savings of $180.00
- 20 Chiropractic Treatments*: Savings of $400.00
*Includes PT if needed, but PT is not always necessary.
Prepaid packages do not apply to insurance-covered conditions such as accidents, work injuries or Medicare. Insurance cannot be billed for prepaid treatment. Other services are not included in these packages (exams, x-rays, laser, other products and services etc.)
We accept all Major Credit Cards. HSA Accounts are eligible to be used on chiropractic care.
Insurance Options
We are in-network with a variety of insurance companies. Since we are in-network this means that we will direct bill to your insurance company, and you do not have to submit the claim yourself or deal with a “superbill.” You will be responsible for any co-pay that your insurance requires at the time of service.
